1.  In arranging accommodation the school acts strictly as the agent for the student and makes payments only in such capacity.
2. Accommodation is paid from midday to midday. Cancellation, or change, must be notified to school at least one week in advance and approved before any change is made. Failing this, one additional weekâ€™s accommodation is payable in lieu of notice. Accommodation fees continue to be payable for any period of absence.
3. Cancellation should be sent by registered post, the postmark thereof being evidence of the date of cancellation. Tuition fees will only be refunded at the discretion of the Principal and the enrolment fee will be non-refundable in all cases.
4. A student is considered to be fully enrolled when all invoiced fees have been received. Acceptance of an enrolment is made on the understanding that the student will remain for the duration of the course as specified. No fees are refundable in the case of late arrival, leaving early or being dismissed before the end of an agreed course period (in special circumstances the Principal may exercise discretion). Course fees and accommodation expenses are calculated in full calendar weeks, any part of a week is counted as a full week.
5. The school reserves the right to refuse or withhold confirmation of an enrolment, furthermore, in the event of unsatisfactory attendance, work or conduct, to dismiss a student from the school and, where appropriate, inform the local Immigration and Nationality Department office.
6. The school, its staff and representatives, will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness to person or property. Students should take out suitable insurance against all risks, including medical costs and cancellation of course.
7. The school is not liable for loss of tuition due to public disturbance, industrial action or other factors outside its control.
8. Any damage to the schoolâ€™s property, whether intentional or not, must be paid for in full, except at the discretion of the Principal.
9. The school is closed on all English Public and Bank Holidays and there is no reimbursement of fees on such occasions. In 2010, these are: Friday, April 2nd, Monday, April 5th, Monday, May 3rd, Monday May 31st, Monday, August 30th
10. Late applications may be accepted on any course by agreement and at the discretion of the Principal.
11. Refunds will not be given to late arrivals for periods of study missed.
12. Certificates and reports will only be issued on successful completion of the course.13. British (English)law exclusively shall be applicable to the present contract.
